As the CEO of Mente Sana, Paulina González has experience in clinical care, brand positioning, and securing clients for the company. She has worked with more than 10 companies, introducing the importance of psychological care on the job site. During the fellowship, Paulina aims to learn the best way to establish the company and draft a constitution. She is eager to learn best practices in running a small to medium-size business, how to navigate business challenges such as managing company finances and become more familiar with law and policy. Upon returning to México, Paulina plans to establish the protocols that will lead to healthy finances for her business. Her passion is to implement the tools she has gained to launch a campaign for victims of violence.
