As a Social Welfare Officer for the Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office 1, Emil B. Cabudoy has experience in child and family welfare. For his follow-on project in the Philippines, Emil plans to establish a foster family care support group and encourage community-driven care for abused, neglected, and abandoned children.
