As a project manager for the Arab Institute for Democracy in Tunisia, Emna Chebbi develops, implements and executes projects that  support  the movement for political reform and democratic change within the Arab League. During her fellowship in the United States, Chebbi hopes to learn how local governance can be effective in public institutions, while developing her skills in strategic planning and networking. Upon returning from Community Solutions Program, Chebbi plans to reinforce and empower youth and women to participate and be engaged in local governance.
