Ericka works in the Business Services sector, leading Incudesk Ltd as a serial entrepreneur/professional business owner specializing in business development and sustainability. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Ericka’s top business challenge is scaling and expansion. During the host placement, this fellow hopes to learn about entrepreneurship and business from US companies and use the experience and knowledge gained to improve their company and community.
