As a Co-Founder for TecnoDiagnostic S.R.L., Erika Montero has experience in quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry through analysis and improvement of processes using quality tools and building capacity in good manufacturing practices. During the fellowship, Erika aims to learn about current tools for process validation in the pharmaceutical industry, tools and methodologies for online learning and how to elaborate a strategic plan for her business. Upon returning to Bolivia, Erika plans to launch current topics of pharmaceutical normative through online courses, develop material to teach about good manufacturing practices and compliance, validation in the pharmaceutical industry. She also plans to increase her customer base by reaching out to the universities as well as to those within the industry.
