Esteban works in the Food & Beverages sector leading DAR Alimentación Consciente. The fellow is a professional in the development of healthy fermented beverages using natural foods and no additives or chemicals. DAR Alimentación Consciente’s customers consume natural products, prefer products that are traceable and sustainable, identify with the Colombian tradition of fermenting panela, and recognize the contributions farmers make to the Colombian economy. The drinks produced by DAR Alimentación Consciente are the first non-alcoholic health drinks made from panela that positively impact Colombian farmers.
