Estefany works in the Education sector at Cerros de Cambio (Hills of Change), leading as executive director of this internationalist social enterprise focused on quality education, interculturality, and triple-impact entrepreneurship. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Estefany’s top business challenge is operations. During the host placement, this fellow hopes to learn how to transfer their ability to articulate actors in the Turkish and Colombian social innovation ecosystems to cover US ecosystems, having reached an appropriate level of spoken English.
