Ezoza Ismailova is a program associate for the Student Leadership Programs in Leadership Practice.

In this role, Ezoza contributes to all aspects of the student leadership programs’ portfolio, with a special focus on the Thomas Jefferson Scholarship Program (TJSP). With TJSP, Ezoza supports participant management, alumni engagement, and monitoring and evaluation initiatives and provides administrative and logistical support to the program.

Prior to joining IREX, Ezoza has worked with a number of nonprofit organizations to advance global projects in international exchange and development. She holds a master's degree in public diplomacy and global communications from Syracuse University and bachelor's degree in international affairs and political science from the University of Pittsburgh.
