As the General Producer and Co-founder for Festival de Cine Peruano Hecho por Mujeres, Fabiola Carranza has experience developing fundraising and sponsorship strategies and working with public and private organizations related to cultural industries. During the fellowship, Fabiola aims to learn how to develop a commercial sustainability plan for the festival and expand the network of female directors. She also hopes to partner with organizations related to cultural industries and innovation. Upon returning to Perú, Fabiola plans to develop a digital training and innovation platform for entrepreneurs who work in the cultural industries such as film producers, film directors, theater directors, and music producers within the next year.
