As a co-founder and managing director for GoMarkit SL, Fadja Dijou Barry has experience in local economic development with a specific focus on vulnerable and marginalized groups or gender inclusion in the local economy. For his CPS practicum, Fadja collaborated with Plant It Forward in Houston, Texas and focused on logistics, management practices, operations and strategies, and evaluation of farm-to-table initiatives. For his follow-on project, Fadja plans to establish a multi-purpose training center for women and youth in Guinea to promote job readiness and entrepreneurial skills development within communities of need.
