As a Strategic Management And Training Consultant of Pegaspire, Faten Belguith leads empowering programs in MENA, Africa, and Europe to develop inclusive communities and promote local leadership at the grassroots level. While in the U.S., Belguith worked with Maryland Center for Entrepreneurship (MCE) in Columbia, Maryland, where she created a U.S.-based incubator for European and Middle Eastern companies, established a venture lab for conscious capitalism, and created an educational program to empower women entrepreneurs. Now, Belguith has focused her efforts on designing and providing institutional capacity building and organizational assistance to enhance the gender based violence service provision in the MENA region.
