Gabriela works in the Youth Empowerment sector, leading Boosting Girls, a social entrepreneurship that implements interventions at public schools to teach girls about empowerment, sustainable development goals, and sexual education. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Gabriela’s top business challenge is law and policy, and during the host placement, they hope to learn about innovative methodologies, processes, and training in relation to ensuring the self-sustainability of the organization, with organizational development and a clearer roadmap the focus in view of establishing a support network for other projects in the medium and long term.
