Fatima works in the artisan products sector as the Founder and CEO of HANDMA. For middle-class and high-class people who want a sustainable fashion lifestyle, HANDMA is a producer of artisan handmade purses. Fatima aims to scale and expand production in the short term and ultimately scale and expand their line of products. As they come into the YLAI Fellowship, Fatima’s top business challenge is Scaling and Expansion. More specifically, they need guidance on obtaining employees who are good with handcrafts and on scaling and reaching the next level of business.
