As an active alumna for AIESEC Benak in Algeria, Fatma Zohra Nadir has experience in youth empowerment and public speaking coaching. For her follow-on project in Algeria, Fatma plans to expand on an initiative (the first of its kind in Algeria) that helps reintegrate people who did not complete schooling into their communities and assists them to build a career through different trainings, events, and career services to create awareness and responsibilities.

Fatma will be placed at the National Youth Leadership Council in Minneapolis, MN to help them improve their communication strategies.
