Felicia works in the film and media sector as the CEO and Creative Director of Mangra Studios. Mangra Studios is a media production company that focuses on film and media, creative content creation, and project management and helps tourism, travel, and hospitality brands in the Caribbean find their creative potential through its brand communications, content marketing, and multimedia production services. Felicia's short-term goal is to raise $2 million in capital during the next three years to launch a creative content and film studio space. Their long-term goal is for Mangra Studios to become the Caribbean's largest content creation and film studio space that supports and funds independent film works through a creative incubator. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Felicia's top business challenge is Scaling & Expansion. More specifically, they want to expand the company's creative content and film production studio space in the Bahamas during the first phase of its launch. During the Fellowship Placement, Felicia hopes to gain industry experience to further her goal of becoming an independent filmmaker.
