As a Country Manager of Innovit, Felipe Benites has experience in health technology project management. During the fellowship, Felipe aims to learn about the synergy among the state, hospitals, the American Red Cross, and individual companies to promote safe blood donation and discover how technology, marketing, and digital strategies contribute to a better blood donation service. He would like to achieve a better understanding of the problems that entrepreneurs face in the Americas. Upon returning to Perú, Felipe plans to meet with organizations that work in blood donation to share new strategies and improve blood donation services. Through this process, Eduardo intends to promote the health-tech innovation ecosystem more broadly.
