Flavia works in the food and beverage sector as the Owner and General Manager of La Huerta. For individuals aged fifteen to seventy years interested in health, La Huerta is a health food company providing options for natural, organic, vegan, and healthy products and personalized, kind, and well-informed customer service. Flavia aims to achieve 10% monthly sales growth until reaching at least 50% growth of sales in the short term and ultimately establish branches in every city of the country. As they come into the YLAI Fellowship, Flavia’s top business challenge is Marketing and Sales. More specifically, they are looking to recover from a significant decrease in sales due to macroeconomic factors and unfair competition. During the Fellowship Placement, Flavia hopes to gain knowledge from experts, mentors, and fellow participants on the tools and perspectives needed to make a positive impact in their community.
