As Deputy Director and Coordinator for Courageous Sister Ghana, Florence Edwina Bondzie Arthur has experience advocating for the protection of rights of the LGBTQ+ community, implementing international, national, and local policies, and preparing comprehensive reports on programs and activities of the Ghanaian community. For his follow-on project in Ghana, Florence plans to empower LGBT women economically.

Florence will be placed at CenterLink in Fort Lauderdale, FL to build networks with intellectuals and professionals who support and champion the welfare and well-being of LGBTQ+ individuals and build capacity and technological skills through competencies-based trainings, workshops, and seminars.
