As the Executive Director for Organization for Women Empowerment, Florence Malorbah Dorley has experience as a sociologist, women's empowerment advocate, and gender specialist. Florence is placed at Women's Initiative for Self-Empowerment in Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN, to focus on micro-lending and small business development for refugee/immigrant women as well as share her expertise in working with widows on self-sufficiency and violence prevention with girls. Upon returning to Liberia, Florence plans to support women and girls in business and education.
