Francisca works in the Food and Beverages sector, leading Crick Superfoods as a businesswoman promoting the food of the future with innovative products utilizing crickets to contribute to nutrition needs and environmental sustainability. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Francisca’s top business challenge is strategy. During the host placement, this fellow hopes to have a multi-cultural experience and learn about the trends in the superfood industry, logistical methodologies, marketing techniques, how to measure social and environmental impacts, and how to use green energy at different levels of production.
