As a Co-Founder and Commercial Manager for Ally Mishky, a company that promotes the products of rural entrepreneurs in national markets, Gabriel Chaman has experience in managing innovative projects in commercial enterprise. During the fellowship, Gabriel aims to learn how to apply digital marketing tools to sales, streamline his work processes and organization using tools like KANBAN, and secure new funding for the current US organization. Upon returning to Peru, Gabriel plans to obtain new funding for Ally Mishky, use KANBAN to reorganize his venture, and increase the sales by 100% in the year 2020.
