Gabriela Ceren
Gabriela works in the Food and Beverage sector, leading Red Velvet. Having qualified in the field of industrial engineering, Gabriela is a co-owner of a cake shop and catering business, along with a friend, a gastronomic technician. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Gabriela’s top business challenge is marketing and sales. During the host placement, the fellow hopes to learn more about business management, strategies, and techniques to grow as an entrepreneur. They also hope to better understand the social impact the business can have on the economy and how to ensure that this impact is positive.
