Gabriela works in the food and beverage sector as the Marketing and Communications Manager of Cielito Crepes. For health-conscious customers who enjoy gourmet food, Cielito Crepes is a coffee shop that provides fast, healthy gourmet food, offering a daily selection of delicious and nutritious options. Gabriela's short-term goal is to reopen Cielito Crepes with the support of investors. Their long-term goal is to open three branches across Guatemala. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Gabriela's top business challenge is Operations. More specifically, they want to secure investment to reopen the store and expand its operations. During the Fellowship Placement, Gabriela seeks mentorship to gain experience and knowledge, identify personal and professional growth opportunities, expand their network, learn about best practices in the restaurant and finance industries, and positively impact the world.
