Gabriela works in the healthcare sector as the CEO/Therapist of Superkids Psychology. For families with children in need of mental health therapy, Superkids Psychology is a specialized therapy center that provides unique problem-solving knowledge and high-quality services. The company offers uncompromising professionalism and the unique knowledge needed to solve real-life issues in a child’s neurodevelopmental stage. In the short term, Gabriela aims to reserve a specific day on the schedule to accommodate children whose families cannot afford therapy. The long-term goal involves achieving a balance between the need to give to others while remaining financially secure. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Gabriela’s top business challenge is Finance. More specifically, the fellow has struggled to run the business and manage expenses while maintaining a sufficient income for growth. During the Fellowship Placement, Gabriela hopes to gain as much knowledge as possible and engage in exchanging ideas with people of different cultures and mindsets.
