Gugen Navamani
As a Principal Trainer for ANB AGRO TRAINERS, Gugen develops livelihood programs for low-income single mothers and at-risk youths via agriculture platforms. Gugen is an expert in youth and women’s empowerment with developed skills in designing capacity-building programs and in starting cottage industries to create income for beneficiaries. During his fellowship in the United States, Gugen hopes to learn about systematic capacity building in women and youth while also developing his skills in leadership, social enterprise management, and effective community outreach strategies. Upon returning from the Community Solutions Program, Gugen plans to implement programs for women and youth that empower them to become entrepreneurs and social leaders.
