Hector Longino Becerra Lanza (Honduras) is a journalist with experience in political analysis. He served as columnist for Diario La Tribuna, El Libertador of Honduras, and was also a correspondent for the magazine Panorama Central Political Report of the Central American Institute of Political Studies. He is currently the Executive Director of C-Libre, a Honduran non-governmental organization that promotes and defends freedom of expression. He is also the coordinator of the editorial board of the digital information website www.conexihon.info, which covers human rights issues and reports.
