Hector works in the environment sector as the Founder of Susplify. For private customers and companies in Latin America who want to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions by generating renewable energy, Susplify is a green renewable energy company that develops customized solar energy and energy-efficient solutions using renewable resources to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, energy consumption, and operating costs. Hector’s short-term goal is to develop an efficient regional expansion strategy that will be sustainable and can grow with the business. Their long-term goal is to position Susplify as one of the leading businesses in the renewable energy sector for self-consumption in Argentina and South America. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Hector’s top business challenge is Scaling & Expansion. More specifically, they want to meet people who can help the company grow in the renewable energy business. During the Fellowship Placement, Hector hopes to learn from people with experience in scaling organizations.
