Helen Guadalupe works in the Agriculture and Animal Care sector leading Aguayo–Andean Seeds. Helen is an agronomy technician and a student of industrial engineering. Helen’s family has produced quinoa for a long time. They offer processed quinoa, quinoa flour, and infusions of quinoa leaves with different flavors such aschamomile, strawberry, and mint. Due to quinoa’s high nutritional value and immense properties, their customers are people of all ages. They have recently developed a sweetener made from quinoa stems. This innovative sweetener is marketed to people with diabetes, as the properties of quinoa make it a suitable substitute. Coming to the YLAI Fellowship, Helen Guadalupe’s top business challenge is Scaling and Expansion.
