For medium- and small-sized entities and startups that need to advertise, Fluxo is a marketing and IT consulting company and an advertising agency with a multidisciplinary team that partners with clients to provide digital marketing, software development, data analysis, video production, and social media management services, using technology allied to communication to provide a novel service in Brazil. Heleno's short-term goal is for the company to be known as one of Brazil's most innovative agencies and to implement an efficient financial model. Their long-term goal is for the company to gain a reputation as a highly innovative agency in Brazil. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Heleno's top business challenge is Scaling & Expansion. More specifically, they would like to reposition marketing and technology from being a commodity to a fundamental part of clients' business operations. During the Fellowship Placement, Heleno hopes to gain knowledge to achieve their business goals and positively impact society.
