Helga works in the Arts and Culture sector, leading Helga Sierra Art Studio. This fellow is a professional visual artist and marketing consultant leading an art studio and branding, design and digital commerce agency. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Helga’s top business challenge is scaling and expansion. During the host placement, they hope to learn more about implementing team-based processes, acquiring resources to scale a business, and gaining experience in wholesale-retail sales strategy, with a view to exporting Honduran goods in the future.
