As a Public Relations and Communication Manager for City of Hope in Sierra Leone, Henry Peter Kamanda has experience in development communication, qualitative research, emergency/crisis related engagement, public health, advocacy, policy-based research, knowledge and perception studies, and multimedia communications. For his follow-on project in Sierra Leone, Henry plans to deepen community engagement to enhance community knowledge on environmental issues.

Henry will be placed at the Water Environment Federation in Alexandria, VA to support his research project and learn new advocacy and community engagement strategies around environmental issues.
