Hugo works in the Education sector, leading Acelera Escola de Empreendedorismo (Acelera Entrepreneurship School) as an educator. This fellow teaches entrepreneurial education to children and teenagers, developing their knowledge in entrepreneurship and soft skills for the future. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Hugo’s top business challenge is social impact. During the host placement, they hope to learn how to generate large-scale social impact, promote entrepreneurship in their community and country, and lead initiatives that transform lives and form new leaders.
