As a Founder for My Inclusive Dream Job, Irene Rivera has experience advocating for people with disabilities. For her follow-on project in El Salvador, Irene plans to train volunteers and finding new partners and businesses to hire people with disabilities.

Irene will be placed at Disability Rights Maine in Augusta, ME to reestablish a coalition of organizations with the purpose of advocating for people with disabilities and learning more about business management, sustainable business practices, and outreach strategies.
