Isabella Petros-Weber is a program coordinator where she provides technical support to IREX’s research portfolio and the Youth Led Activity program in the Dominican Republic, well as other initiatives within the Center for Applied Learning and Impact.  

Prior to joining IREX, Isabella was attending graduate school where she discovered her passion for understanding how data and evidence-based strategies can promote human development, drive social change and strengthen inclusive development programs around the world. 

Isabella holds a master of arts in international policy and development from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, and two bachelor of arts in spanish and global studies from Saint Mary’s College of California.
