As an entrepreneur for Iaiá Produções e Projetos, Jackeline Maria da Silva has experience managing projects that value African heritage in Brazilian culture. For her CSP Practicum, Jackeline was placed at My Block My Hood My City in Chicago, Illinois where she engaged in direct service, event participation, donor management work, data entry, client outreach, youth engagement, and survey analysis and collection. For her follow-on project in Brazil, Jackeline plans to become an expert in social impact projects and to offer training programs in socioeconomic empowerment to black women.
