Janielle works in the Education sector leading The A+ Generation/Tutor Masters organization. The fellow is a professional counselor and trainer leading a tutoring institution for children who are gifted or have intellectual, physical, and emotional special needs. They tailor products and services to each individual client and provide the support needed to ensure clients’ goals are met. Target customers are middle- and upper-income households who have a child or guardian with special needs. They are one of the only companies that offer personalized, in-home services for children with special needs and, to date, are meeting all agreed-upon client goals. Coming to the YLAI Fellowship, Janielle’s top business challenge is Scaling and Expansion.
