Jason works in the food and beverage sector as the Owner and Managing Director of Prisirie Food & Beverages. For individuals who enjoy eating meat, Prisirie Food & Beverages is a manufacturer and retailer of packaged goods that are easy to prepare and save time. Jason's short-term goal is to expand the company's operations and enable it to start exporting. The long-term goal is to grow the company into a household brand in the Caribbean. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Jason’s top business challenge is Talent, more specifically, finding qualified personnel. During the Fellowship Placement, Jason hopes to gain the experience and skills to overcome their company’s challenges.
