Jazmin works in the education sector as the Founder and Director of CHI Educational Group. Focusing on youth and adults, CHI Educational Group is dedicated to developing global leaders through education in four areas: CHI Language School, CHI School of Leadership and Business Development, CHI Editorial, and CHI Foundation. The company offers a range of products and services that provide international opportunities for people to broaden their horizons. Jasmin's short-term goal is to establish the four areas of the company in the region and work toward obtaining REVOES, the official record of validity from the Secretary of Public Education, to open a high school. In the long term, the fellow aims to establish a high school and university. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Jazmin's top business challenge is Marketing & Sales, more specifically, managing big visions and attracting more clients and customers to improve the company’s numbers. During the Fellowship Placement, Jazmin hopes to gain knowledge, broaden their horizons, make connections, and improve by observing others and learning how to manage and enhance their abilities.
