As a PhD student at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA), Jean Bosco Mukolo is studying business administration. While in the U.S., Mukolo worked with the YWCA in Dallas, where he conducted research in the local community to identify the challenges among African-American and Hispanic communities and improved income generating activities for the sustainability of YWCA projects. Since his return to Kenya, Mukolo has focused his efforts on ongoing training and development on financial education, entrepreneurship, business management, and IT for the local community.
