Jenifer’s short-term goal is to implement the company's full sales funnel strategy to reach out to leaders who require high-ticket consulting services, as well as develop products and training for professionals who want to enhance their synthesis skills. In the long term, the fellow plans to promote creative classes, as they believe in the transformative power of a creative community that collaborates to create innovative solutions for various situations. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Jenifer's top business challenge is Marketing & Sales, more specifically, catering to a diverse audience and providing a wide range of services. Thus, the main obstacle is to select a proper market niche that aligns with the company’s offerings while maintaining its reputation for creating innovative and customized solutions. During the Fellowship Placement, Jenifer hopes to learn from experienced individuals who can help them overcome their challenges. The fellow also hopes to share their knowledge to improve the experience of clients and colleagues and broaden their international network for greater opportunities.
