Jennifer works in the Tourism sector, leading El Trip de Jenny, and is a tour guide who loves to show travelers how Panamanians live through an agency focusing on alternative experiences. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, this fellow’s top business challenge is finance. During the host placement, they hope to learn about the tools and connections that will help people in Colón in such areas as English, leadership, and customer service. The fellow will continue with the deployment of a sustainable cultural project that includes culture, nature, and local youth talent.
