Jenny Kim is a program coordinator on the Leadership Support team. In this role, Jenny supports programs in the Leadership Practice and is currently supporting the Climate Talent Initiative.

Before joining IREX, Jenny was based in Singapore working for Asian Venture Philanthropy Network (AVPN). During this time, she held several roles from membership management to community engagement. This included leading the relationship management for the inaugural impact investing fellowships while managing alumni engagement. Prior to AVPN, Jenny worked for various charities and nonprofits in the UK, Malaysia, and the U.S.

Jenny attended University of Puget Sound, where she received a bachelor’s degree in international political economy. When not at work, Jenny enjoys traveling, pretending to be on the Great British Bake Off, pottery, and cultivating an ever growing jungle of house plants.
