As an Advisor for Career Guidance and Counseling for the Employment Agency of Montenegro, Jevrosima has experience designing national policies and programs in the areas of career guidance and employment. Upon returning to Montenegro, Jevrosima plans to start a program to increase female employment, especially for women who became unemployed after the abolition in 2017 of allowances for mothers of three or more children. Jevrosima will be placed at Institute for Women’s Policy Research in Washington, District of Columbia working to assess training, education, and reskilling programs and policies in USA for women ages 40 and older.
