Jill works in the Community Development sector, leading Buurt Organisatie Pontbuiten & Omgeving, and is a social entrepreneur with a legal background who often teaches courses and gives motivational sessions. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, this fellow’s top business challenge is talent. During the host placement, they hope to make contact with social entrepreneurs from different parts of the world, hopefully laying the foundation for future collaborations in order to cover more ground, since many entrepreneurs are in similar situations to each other.
