As a Youth Supervisor for Kampala Capital City Authority, John Bosco Bashinyora has experience developing and managing youth empowerment projects and programs through skills training and revolving funds. Upon returning to Uganda, John Bosco plans to establish a recycling plastic bottles project focused on creating employment for youth while contributing to plastic waste reduction in Kampala City. John will be placed at GRID Alternatives in Denver, Colorado assisting in developing and refining GRID’s Solar Training Academy to transition to clean, renewable energy which is inclusive of everyone.
