As a National Technical Consultant for Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations in Papua New Guinea, Jordan Sirere Becks has experience in e-agriculture, ICT-enabled agriculture systems, and precision agriculture. While in the U.S., Jordan will be places at the University of Vermont: Center for Sustainable Agriculture in Burlington, VT. Upon returning to Papua New Guinea, Jordan plans to establish a for-profit e-agriculture mobile service for rural farmers that aims to improve farmers' incomes by building healthy markets.
