As the Founder of Bilingual Training Academy (BTA), José Girón has experience in managing educational processes for both teachers and students. During the fellowship, José aims to learn about how to expand his entrepreneurship, improve operations by creating better methods for the learning process, and developing a better strategy to engage more students. Upon returning to Guatemala, José plans to create a network of teachers and students to benefit more people and communities around his country, and ultimately create better life conditions through education.
