Juan works in the Food and Beverages sector leading RAMÉ. The fellow’s main strengths are perseverance, teamwork, and business acumen. There are two primary customers: end consumers and chefs. End consumers value health properties, national production, artisanal production, and natural products made without additives or preservatives and have a passion for gourmet cooking. Chefs appreciate “umami” flavor and want to offer a gourmet and different flair to their preparations. Their products are innovative, eco-friendly, and healthy. They prioritize the use of fresh garlic from local producers and encourage conscious use of natural and preservative-free foods.
