Juan works in the Arts and Culture sector, leading Hospiclown Foundation as the president and legal representative of this non-profit that works for the social and cultural welfare of the most vulnerable people in the city. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Juan’s top business challenge is scaling and expansion. During the host placement, Juan hopes to learn about and absorb all the knowledge that American companies can provide, especially in scaling, expansion, finance, communications, and managing social media.
