Jurmey Soewartono Partodongso
As the Owner and CEO of Jammie Variety in Taste, Jurmey Partodongso has experience in meat processing, creative thinking, supply chain management, and crisis management. During the fellowship, Jurmey aims to learn about (1) scaling a business in the horeca / meat processing industry, (2) applying new and innovative meat processing concepts, and (3) building a strong professional network with peers from various industries and continents who face challenges and opportunities similar to his own. Upon returning to Suriname, Jurmey plans to leverage the YLAI network to scale Jammie Variety in Taste and to influence individuals and groups to make a difference through their entrepreneurial talents. Furthermore, Jurmey will build a strong personal and professional network and enhance his team effectiveness by analyzing team composition at the host site, leveraging information sharing, and resolving leadership issues.
